Dish installation and repair

The technician checks a safe mounting point, bracket, alignment, LNB, DiSEqC switch, coaxial cable and connectors. Loose mounting, corrosion, water-damaged cable and weak signal are tested separately.

Channel tuning and frequency updates

Channel scanning, frequency updates, sorting and favourites can be configured for the receiver. Signal is verified with a meter and an actual broadcast test.

Receiver, IPTV and TV Box setup

Receiver, IPTV, TV Box and Android TV Box setup can include HDMI, internet, Wi-Fi and remote-control testing. Customers provide their own paid-platform accounts; unlawful access is not offered.

Price, payment and warranty

Can a technician visit the same day?

Arrival time is agreed after the address and scope are confirmed, subject to weather and safe access.

Is a new dish required for channel tuning?

If the existing dish, LNB, cable and receiver work correctly, configuration alone may be sufficient.
