Washing machine repair in Nasimi: would not drain
Replacing the drain pump and cleaning the filter system of a washing machine that would not drain water, in Nasimi district.
A customer from Nasimi district reported that their washing machine stopped mid-programme and would not drain the water. The machine showed an error code and water remained in the drum. A technician was scheduled for the evening of the same day.
The technician first drained the drum safely and opened the drain filter: it contained small objects and a build-up of lint. A check after cleaning showed the pump was still running weakly — a multimeter measurement confirmed a fault in the pump motor winding.
The old drain pump was removed and a new one matching the model was installed. The drain hose was also inspected and a kink at the kitchen-side connection was fixed. The machine was then run on a short programme through a full cycle: washing, rinsing and spinning all passed without issues.
