Kitchen furniture assembly in Binagadi: 9 modules turnkey
Assembly of a 9-module kitchen set in Binagadi district: wall mounting, corner carousel unit and door and drawer alignment.
A customer who had moved into a new apartment in Binagadi district requested assembly of a kitchen set ordered online. The set consisted of 9 modules: base and wall cabinets, drawer units and a corner section. Two assemblers were scheduled for the morning.
The work started with checking the boxes and sorting the parts by module. The assemblers first built the base cabinets and levelled them, then fixed the wall cabinets with anchors suited to the wall type. A carousel mechanism was installed in the corner module, and the drawers were assembled with a soft-close system.
After assembly, all doors and drawers were adjusted: the gaps were evened out and closing was checked. The sink cut-outs were finalised on site and the worktop was secured. All packaging waste was collected.
