Boiler repair in Narimanov: pressure drop and heating issue
Diagnostics of a boiler with constant pressure loss in Narimanov district: recharging the expansion vessel and cleaning the three-way valve.
A customer from Narimanov district reported that the boiler pressure dropped every day and radiators in some rooms stayed cold. As the heating kept cutting out during the winter season, a technician was sent to the address urgently on the same day.
During diagnostics, no visible leak was found in the boiler or the lines. The check showed that the air pressure in the expansion vessel had dropped to zero — the main reason for the constant pressure loss in the system. In addition, deposits were found in the three-way valve and air had accumulated in some radiators.
The technician recharged the expansion vessel to the manufacturer's value, removed and cleaned the three-way valve, topped up the system to normal pressure and bled all radiators. Finally, the boiler was observed for 40 minutes in both heating and hot water modes.
